Sandersons never gave up when my cr-v wouldn’t stop shuddering at a given speed. Mark was able to make it act up on demand. The technicians were then able to fix it. I know Mark and staff had to go the extra mile to solve this problem. I checked the internet and found that this was a common problem that often does not get fixed. These guys are excellent mechanics and very good to work with. They are friendly and honest. Doing business with Sanderson is a no stress experience and you get what you pay for. I am from out of state and had a problem with my vehicle while on the interstate. These guy dropped what they were doing and got me fixed up and back on the road with a very, very fair price. If I lived in or around Albert Lea, I would not go anywhere else. Can't say enough about this shop. This the first review I ever left for anyone!!!
