Took my truck to get fixed. They said they could fix it nothing major. I gaved them them the ok to fix it. After repairing it they called back telling me the engine was blown up. Still had to pay the fixes they supposibly did. And charge me a fee for keeping my truck at there shop while I was jobless and trying to figure out what to do with a truck that doesn't work anymore. This people are the worst, they are money hungry pigs. Don't ever go there.

That's not exactly how that worked. For those reading.... Victor dropped off his truck back in January, check engine light was on and not running well. There were codes in the system for misfires and sensor failures. We narrowed it down to an oil pressure sensor and a mass airflow sensor. The truck was well overdue for an oil change by thousands of miles and we were told that pressure sensor has been out for a while. We flushed the engine to clean out the nasty oil replaced the pressure sensor and the mass airflow sensor. It was running great. We took it for a final test drive and now that the pressure sensor was working the computer would allow for his active fuel management to start working. When it enabled, a lifter collapsed and the vehicle started running really poorly. We called the customer and advised him what happened. This vehicle has over a quarter million miles on it. The money spent to repair it would be better suited to put a different, lower mile if not new engine in it. Unfortunately due to lack of transportation, he said he lost his job. He said he'd come down and pay for what was done and have to figure out what he wanted to do with the truck. A new engine is very expensive, let alone catching up on maintenance. He never came down to pay for the bill, we advised not driving it in it's condition. We didn't hear from the customer again, we sent statements in the mail. We didn't charge for 3mo of late fees on the payment. After two weeks policy is to start charging $35/day for secured storage. We capped those charges at $500 as the days went by, because we knew his predicament at the time. We didn't start charging for a month. Fast forward to May, a bank called and stated they wanted the truck and saw it at our secured lot. We advised them of the outstanding costs against it. I then texted and asked this customer if he was going to pay for the truck, he finally responded and explained he'd come right away to get it as he has enough to cover it. A couple days later he came to get it and yes, we charged some storage fees as it costs our company money for insurance to store vehicles. When the bank called again we told them this customer picked up the vehicle and we are no longer in possession of it. Victor is/was a great customer and truly got hit with a set of unfortunate circumstances. We didn't charge him 4mo worth of fees. We didn't apply to take the truck after 45days like MN law allows. We wanted him to have the best outcome possible. I/we really wish him the best in the future, truly a good, hard working guy. We would give him 5 stars. Thanks Victor.

I definitely will be coming back to Sanderson’s. Johnathan was amazing to work with, he listened to what I knew what was needed to be done on my car and what another company in town told me needed to be done. The other company in town quoted me 1,200 just for a wheel bearing and tie rod. I know better than to pay that price. I called Sanderson auto and had my car looked at 2 days later. Johnathan really looked out for me, I gave him a budget and he was able to keep it on the lower side of that budget. Johnathan let me know what else I needed to get done on my car to keep it in tip top shape. He also told me how sick it made him when I let him know the other company in town quoted me for services I didn’t need, and that they didn’t mention any of the obvious issues that could have been handled quickly. I really appreciate Johnathan and his team in how quickly they took care of everything for me and got me back on the road the next day. I will be a returning customer for any vehicle needs/ maintenance on my vehicles.
