We are very appreciative of Sanderson Auto! Our truck broke down on the Interstate while we were traveling from Wisconsin to Iowa. Although that was not ideal, the crew at Sanderson made it better. Aaron (Service manager) was very professional, all communication was great, prices were reasonable, and the repair was quick. They went above and beyond by shuttling 5 of us (and ALL of our luggage) to a local hotel which took 2 trips! In addition, we accidently left our house key with them. The shop was closed for the holiday weekend and we were going to have to call a locksmith, but the owner made a special trip to deliver us the key at our hotel. Great bunch of guys and highly recommended.

Have to give a huge shout out to Mark Sanderson. We had a guest with vehicle issues stranded in Albert Lea. Even though it’s a holiday weekend they went above and beyond to make sure the guest had everything they needed out of their vehicle. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation better.
