Everything was wonderful except for the second time, the Maintenance Required Soon message was not reset. Your techs had difficulty resetting it. Before, Jay did it right away.

I broke down near Albert Lea, MN, very far from home with a diesel truck and a horse trailer. Well, my truck's breakdown was a failure of such catastrophic magnitude, with a resolution which, with even the use of rebuilt parts, would cost as much or more than the truck is currently worth. But, although I was not able to get it repaired, and will have someone retrieve my truck and trailer, Mark went out of his way to help me make my impromptu stay in town easier and less stressful, loaning me a car for a couple of days while I tried to figure out just what I was going to do and lay out logistics for plan execution, and letting me have free storage for my truck and trailer while they wait for retrieval/removal back to Texas.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Sanderson's! They were able to inspect my vehicle in a timely manner and they had a loaner car available for me to use. My vehicle unfortunately was not worth putting a lot of money into. But I will definitely use Sanderson's when I need work done on my next vehicle. Thanks!
